Shipping Regions
We proudly offer free instant shipping within the United States. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped immediately, with most deliveries completed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed by 3 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be shipped the next business day.
Order Processing
Your order will be processed right away once placed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the event your shipment is lost or damaged, please reach out to us within 5 business days from the expected delivery date at support@QBooksPartner.com or call +1 (855) 662-7952. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
